How long does it take to recieve the products?

We do our best to ensure that you recieve your products as quickly as possible after you order them. We ship all products within three business days of receiving payment.
Usuallly the next day. Some products may take a little longer than others.
We ship from our warehouses in Croatia and Sweden.

How to use hemp?

We are prohibited from recommending uses that involve human consumption. We recommend the product for aromatic and decorative use only.

Is it legal?

Cannaregalia's Hemp is 100% legal EU agricultural product.
All cultivation, sale and possession of hemp is legal in the EU provided that a number of requirements for production are met.
Our certified cultivations with EU-approved hemp meet all these requirements.
Our hemp is therefore 100% legal to grow, sell and buy.

- Industrial Hemp is to be considered an agricultural product. The fact that such hemp
is distributed at various sales stages, either as raw material, intermediate product or final product, must be seen as a natural part of business and market for industrial hemp.

Such authorized handling arising from cultivation or its subsequent sales stage, such as transport or packaging of industrial hemp, must therefore be permitted. - S.310f

However, there are some restrictions on how hemp flowers and leaves may be handled;

• Hemp products from flowers and leaves may not be marketed or sold as food intended for human consumption according to the "novel food" classification.
• Hemp products containing CBD may not be sold with health-promoting claims with reference to the medicines Act after the swedish medical products agency's drug classification of CBD.
• Hemp may not be processed, e.g extracted into a solution or divided into portioned doses, according to the High Court's ruling with reference to the Psychotropic Substances Convention's classification of THC as a controlled substance.
  Hemp in its unprocessed form remains legal.
• Our hemp does not violate any of the above points, neither in production, design nor marketing. The hemp we sell is a pure agricultural raw material, not to be considered food, dietary supplement or medicine.
  The purpose of the product is decorative and aromatic. We disclaim responsibility for how the consumer chooses to use the product.
